As we continue to grow, we are looking for a passionate and driven Senior Recruiter to join our expanding team.

Job Summary : We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Recruiter to help us attract top SAP and IT talent for our growing projects at Lupus Consulting.

In this role, you will manage the full recruitment cycle – from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer negotiation – while delivering professional candidate experience.

You will be instrumental in shaping the future of our organization by hiring high-performing individuals aligned with our values and business goals.

Key Responsibilities : Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and build effective job descriptions Source top talent via LinkedIn, job portals, , networking, and employee referrals Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit Coordinate interviews and provide feedback to candidates in a timely manner Maintain accurate candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles Prepare and extend offers, manage candidate negotiations, and support onboarding Required Qualifications : Minimum 5-6 years of recruitment experience, preferably in IT or SAP consulting Familiarity with SAP roles (e.g., SD, MM, ABAP, Basis, FICO, etc.) is a strong advantage Strong interpersonal and communication skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced, global, and multicultural environment Preferred Qualifications : Experience hiring across EMEA and / or APAC regions Prior agency and in-house recruitment experience Understanding of global hiring practices and compliance Fluency in English; other languages (e.g., German, , Hungarian) are a plus What We Offer : A dynamic, international work environment Flexible remote working options Competitive salary About Lupus Consulting : Lupus Consulting is a leading international SAP consulting firm specializing in delivering tailored digital transformation solutions across industries.
