Product Manager

Your mission

• Define product vision & roadmap : Establish a clear strategy for inmate-facing hardware products that support long-term business goals and improve user outcomes.
• Understand user and stakeholder needs : Gather feedback from users (inmates), correctional staff, and internal teams to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities in the correctional technology space.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle : From ideation and technical feasibility to roadmap planning, go-to-market strategy, and post-launch enhancements.
• Ensure cross-functional collaboration : Align stakeholders from engineering, hardware design, sales, and customer success to drive effective, scalable inmate-facing solutions.
• Manage risk and compliance : Identify potential constraints related to prison security, hardware usage, and technical integrations and plan accordingly.
