Your mission
- Define product vision & roadmap : Establish a clear strategy for inmate-facing hardware products that support long-term business goals and improve user outcomes.
- Understand user and stakeholder needs : Gather feedback from users (inmates), correctional staff, and internal teams to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities in the correctional technology space.
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle : From ideation and technical feasibility to roadmap planning, go-to-market strategy, and post-launch enhancements.
- Ensure cross-functional collaboration : Align stakeholders from engineering, hardware design, sales, and customer success to drive effective, scalable inmate-facing solutions.
- Manage risk and compliance : Identify potential constraints related to prison security, hardware usage, and technical integrations and plan accordingly.
Your profile
A bachelor’s degree in a technical or business-related field (or equivalent experience)Minimum 2 years of experience in product or solution management—preferably with hardware or public sector exposureKnowledge about Telco and / or video / audio streamingFamiliarity with complex user environments or regulated settings (e.g. justice, corrections)Excellent communication and documentation skillsIndependent, structured work style with a strong sense of ownershipProficiency in English (spoken and written)Willingness to travel occasionally (less than 10%)About us
