🎯 Your Responsibilities
💬 Act as the first point of contact for users via phone, chat, email, or self-service portal
🧾 Log, track, and resolve incidents and service requests in the ITSM tool
⏱️ Ensure issues are handled within defined SLAs, escalating when necessary
🤝 Collaborate with internal teams and resolver groups to resolve complex problems
📈 Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism
📚 Document resolutions and contribute to knowledge sharing
🧠 Participate in process improvement and service enhancement initiatives
🕒 Manage multiple priorities efficiently and adhere to performance KPIs
🧠 Your Profile
🗣️ Fluent / native in Dutch (C1) and proficient in English (B2)
💻 1–3 years’ experience in IT Service Desk, Application, or Technical Support (L1–L2)
🎓 Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
🧩 Familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, etc.)
⚙️ Knowledge of IT concepts — SDLC, operating systems, databases
📊 Experience supporting SAP or enterprise applications
📘 ITIL Foundation or similar certification is a plus
💡 Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
🙌 Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive, adaptable attitude
