Our team dedicated to aviation projects is looking to expand its cabin crew : we want to add a skilled Senior Digital Analyst to our ranks. If you are enthusiastic about mobile app and website measurement, and would like to work on one of Hungary’s brightest color-schemed websites - then we should definitely talk.

Requirements

So what's the job?

  • Shape analytics strategy and ensure data quality.
  • Manage and coordinate complex analytics and optimization projects.
  • Represent digital analytics across departments and align data needs across teams.
  • Translate business problems into analytics solutions.
  • Support and improve analytics workflows , ensuring data integrity and measurement consistency.
  • Support resource estimation for analytics projects.
  • Create website and mobile app measurement strategies and implementation plans.
  • Design and manage comprehensive conversion optimization projects, focusing on experimentation.
  • Plan, prepare, manage, and evaluate A / B tests.
  • Implement complex website measurement solutions.
  • Data visualization - plan and set up advanced dashboards for website, app, or campaign evaluation.
  • Assess user behavior and user journey data to improve website navigation, user experience and usability.
  • Lead training sessions and workshops , mentoring the immediate team and stakeholders.

What do we expect from you?

  • A professional, data-driven attitude focused on evaluating and crafting conversion-centric digital strategies and experiences to help our clients improve.
  • At least 3 years of experience in website analytics —preferably on eCommerce projects.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience with
  • Google Analytics (advanced proficiency)
  • Google Tag Manager
  • Google Data Studio or other BI tools, eg. PowerBI (advanced proficiency).
  • Some experience with SQL and Google BigQuery.
  • Experience with both websites and mobile applications.
  • Deep understanding of the world of digital analytics and online ecosystems , with the ability to turn numbers into business insights.
  • Proven ability to negotiate, present , and conduct workshops like a pro in both Hungarian and English.
  • A consultant’s skill set : proactive, strategic, and able to understand customers’ needs through empathy, telepathy, or whatever effective means you employ.
  • We will be downright stoked if you have...

  • Experience in automation projects.
  • Experience with eCommerce website projects.
  • Experience in conversion rate optimization processes, focusing on A / B / n testing . You are not just a "setuper" but also an analyzer.
  • Experience in using AI tools (for work, and not just for “make it sound better”, creating memes, or writing crazy fanfiction).
  • Mentored and managed colleagues with less experience.
  • Worked with cross-divisional and multilingual teams .
  • Extensive experience working in agile environments and driving cross-functional collaboration.
  • The skill set to pass the Google Analytics certification (we don’t need the certificate, just your skills).
