Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer support in Dutch through various platforms, including phone, email, and chat.
- Handle inquiries effectively, ensuring customer concerns are resolved in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and recommend solutions to improve service delivery.
- Collaborate with the team to share insights and feedback regarding customer trends and needs.
- Keep up to date with product knowledge, trends, and best practices in customer service.
Requirements
