Join us in shaping the future of HR in the CEE region. Job Description Join our dynamically growing international HR Service Team, dedicated to supporting our colleagues across the DACH region. Your tasks will be : Support payroll processing service for Bosch in Germany in close cooperation with the local payroll team Handle social insurance and sick leave documentation in the system Enter employee payment data in SAP Ensure payroll accuracy following all controls Qualifications Background : You have a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related areas. Experience : You have 1-3 years' experience in German operations in multinational environment or in shared services. Personality : You are organized and detail oriented. You have excellent communication, time management and analytical skills. Working practice : You are able to make decisions and select solutions self-sufficiently based on your analytical skillset, as well as coordinate across hierarchical levels in case of routine questions within the area of expertise. Languages : You have strong German skills (written and spoken) and goodEnglish language knowledge.
