Payment specialist is responsible for managing daily payment cycle, processing funding requests, preparing weekly cashflow forecasts for different EN entities and conducting month end related tasks.
Responsibilities :
- Manages AP and Intercompany payments of Euronet entities and branches for European countries.
- Prepares payment proposals, gathers approvals for daily payouts, executes payments in various banking platforms.
- Reconciles payment proposals with actual payments.
- Works closely together with partner departments to resolve day-to-day issues and ensure continuous operation.
- Ensures that daily treasury operations and processes are compliant with Company policies and procedures.
- Proactively recommends changes to controls, policies and procedures as well as banking processes.
- Drives and actively takes part in payment process improvements.
- Supports internal / external audits.
Requirements
