Job Description

We are looking for a new colleague who can take care of the European pricing and portfolio management activities of MET Group’s Green Assets Division :

Tendering and management of power offtake, balancing agreements and sales contracts for guarantees of origin for the pan-European renewables portfolio,
Setting up energy portfolio management processes, risk management measures, policies on position management,
Development of power price curves to support position management of assets in the portfolio and valuation of M&A transactions,
Coordination of asset integration into the renewables portfolio,
Setting up and operating reporting activity for each asset on the fulfilment of energy management related KPIs,
Development of risk management strategies related to renewables production,
Pricing of position hedging products,
Supporting internal decision making with investment proposals,
Supporting business planning and budgeting,

Qualifications

College / university degree in Engineering and / or Economics,

3+ years experience in the energy industry in project / pricing / portfolio management / energy trading,

Experience in managing structured products,

Excellent analytical skills, structured and strategic thinking,

Fluent English is required,

Any additional language knowledge (e.g. Spanish, Italian, German or other European language) is an advantage.
