About the Role
As a Software Developer in Support (S. E. D. operations team) at Flexion Mobile you will be part of our highly efficient and collaborative Support Agile team where you will be facilitating, coordinating, and optimizing technical troubleshooting while keeping other support coordinators, and external parties up to date and maintaining, building a state of the art knowledge base and effective procedures. You will be responsible for responding and resolving the technical support requests and service tickets. It is a part of the job to identify, diagnose and rectify any issues in Flexion's services, and applications. You will also be responsible for developing internal tools used for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and game fixing.
