Job description
  • Supervise and monitor the development, coordination and implementation of a HR procedures;
  • Promoting efficient and balanced labour management;
  • Ensuring compliance with labour law, data protection;
  • Active participation in HR projects and preparation for internal and external audits;
  • Managing the recruitment and selection process;
  • Supporting succession planning processes;
  • Management of training and development programmes required to meet the organisation's strategic objectives;
  • Ensuring proper and accurate HR administration, preparation of HR-related documentation, regulations;
  • Supporting employees and managers on HR issues;
  • Preparing reports on employment, positions, staff numbers and employee data (both in Hungarian and English).
  • Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in relevant field;
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
    • High level of knowledge of labour law;
    • Agile, open-minded and precise person;
    • Computer literate (MS Office) with a thorough knowledge of Excel;
    • Nexon system knowledge is an advantage;
    • Excellent interpersonal, organisational, problem-solving and communication skills;
    • 6-8 years HR experience (end-to-end recruitment, controlling, training organization, payroll & benefits, labour law).
