Job description
Supervise and monitor the development, coordination and implementation of a HR procedures;
Promoting efficient and balanced labour management;
Ensuring compliance with labour law, data protection;
Active participation in HR projects and preparation for internal and external audits;
Managing the recruitment and selection process;
Supporting succession planning processes;
Management of training and development programmes required to meet the organisation's strategic objectives;
Ensuring proper and accurate HR administration, preparation of HR-related documentation, regulations;
Supporting employees and managers on HR issues;
Preparing reports on employment, positions, staff numbers and employee data (both in Hungarian and English).
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in relevant field;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
High level of knowledge of labour law;
Agile, open-minded and precise person;
Computer literate (MS Office) with a thorough knowledge of Excel;
Nexon system knowledge is an advantage;
Excellent interpersonal, organisational, problem-solving and communication skills;
6-8 years HR experience (end-to-end recruitment, controlling, training organization, payroll & benefits, labour law).
