Lead test engineer for eMobility charging systems
Are you working on a project where there are no more challenges for you? Do you want to participate in building something new? Do you feel motivated to improve an electric vehicle charger firmware development project that is still immature in terms of testing? Do you know how to do this? In this case, we are looking for you!
Responsibilities :
- Define and manage test strategies and test concepts for software integration and system-level testing
- Contribute to architectural decision-making with a focus on testing aspects
- Evaluate and select appropriate testing methodologies, tools, and test environments
- Coordinate and support the tester colleagues, ensuring efficient planning and execution of test activities
- Drive the development and maintenance of test automation frameworks
- Analyze system functionalities and requirements to derive high-level test scenarios and ensure traceability
- Continuously improve test processes and ensure alignment with quality standards
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional agile teams to ensure test coverage and quality goals
Requirements :
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (preferably Electrical Engineering)Background in Electrical EngineeringExpertise in software and system testingExperience as Test Manager, Test Architect, or similar leadership roleKnowledge of computer networks and communication protocolsFluent in English and / or GermanProactive with strong organizational and prioritization skillsAdvantages :
