YOUR ROLE

As a Quality Engineer on our team, you’ll :

Tasks related to the quality process :

  • Participation in the preparation of internal audit plans
  • Performing process audits
  • Supporting the preparation of reports, providing data to the management
  • Preparation of scrap analysis, active participation in the red bin review process, elaboration of actions with the involvement of the process / production engineer
  • Management of HNS programs, creation of measurement tasks, supervision of SPC processes
  • Engineering supervision of any safe launch inspection, taking corrective measures in case of found defects, implementing them with the manufacturer / process engineer
  • Lessons learned : application of own and other experience / gained in other areas

Customer-related tasks :

  • Registering and acknowledging customer complaints to the customer and managing customer portal up to date
  • 8D or other corrective action reports using quality tools (5 Whys, Ishikawa diagram, etc.)
  • Keeping the complaint database up-to-date, adding action plans to the database of promotions
  • Liaising with customers on complaints, PPAP and manufacturing issues, and collaborating with the customer contact team
  • Preparation of PPAP documentation.

    • YOUR BACKGROUND

    Key skills and competencies for succeeding in this role are :

  • Higher education
  • Professional knowledge of quality assurance tools and methods (APQP, FMEA, CP, SPC, MSA, PPAP, Pareto, Ishikawa, 8D, PDCA)
  • Knowledge of standards : ISO / TS 16949, ISO 14001, OHSAS
  • Understanding the processes
  • Auditor Knowledge and Practice
  • IMDS and ES Test Planing knowledge
  • Good English language skills.
