We are currently seeking a Payment Operations Specialist to join our partner's subsidiary in Budapest in providing support to their global payments team.

You have already gained initial professional experience in the area of international

payments.

Relevant experience with JIRA, Confluence and SQL is a competitive advantage.

Ability to efficiently manage incoming and outgoing tasks based on priorities.

Capacity to quickly get acquainted with new systems.

Strong hands-on mentality, solutions-mindedness and striving for excellence.

Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively

with different teams and partners.

Absolute fluency in written and spoken English to communicate with our international

customers and colleagues is mandatory

We are currently seeking a Payment Operations Specialist to join our partner's subsidiary in Budapest in providing support to their global payments team.

Testing and monitoring payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established policies and procedures., Working on incoming tickets related to incoming payments, payouts & fraud, Support and advice the management in all matters related to payment methods and systems., Support in the maintenance of in-house online payment systems., Investigate and resolve any payment-related issues, collaborating with internal teams and external partners as needed., Liaising with the IT development teams to plan and execute efficient sprint cycles to ensure user stories are well defined and ready for implementation., Produce technical documentation and guidance.] Requirements : Jira, Confluence, SQL, Payment Systems, Card payment, SEPA, PayPal
