IT / OT Infrastructure Specialist

A global environment The Customer are looking for a skilled OT (Operational Technology) / IT Infrastructure Specialist for our production site in Budapest with a broad knowledge of OT environments, Windows Server OS and applications. You will become part of a global team of 16 talented employees spread across Copenhagen (DK), Bangalore (IND), Budapest (HUN), Oslo (NO) and Taizhou (CN). Our business applications are hosted in a hybrid setup – some in the cloud, some in our dual datacenter in Denmark. In the IT Infrastructure and Operations team, we want to be the best at what we do, and we expect you to have a mindset that matches that goal. Main responsibilities :

• Procure and setup server hardware and network equipment
• Install and maintain server OS and applications
• Server OS and application troubleshooting
• Escalate issues to vendors, superiors, and partner level support as appropriate
• Ensure and promote knowledge sharing within department and global team
• Monitor systems within areas of responsibility and take proactive measures to ensure continued delivery of services
