Your Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of software engineers in the design and development of embedded systems and applications
- Coordinate development projects and ensure alignment with overall product and security requirements
- Define coding standards, review code quality, and drive best practices in software engineering
- Collaborate closely with hardware, cybersecurity, and operations teams
- Actively contribute to architectural decisions and technology roadmap
- Ensure timely delivery of software components for product releases
