Job descriptionUniversity / College degree in Accounting or Economics. Minimum 3 years’ experience in accounting (local gaap and IFRS) and taxes. Good knowledge of statutory regulations and tax matters. What you will do
As Senior Accountant, you will :
- Oversee statutory accounting and direct tax related tasks for Czech and Slovak entities
- Be the main point of contact for communication with local authorities
- Prepare year-end statutory financial statements
- Coordinate and support statutory audits
- Prepare local statistical reports
- Collaborate with shared service center counterparts
- Ensure compliance with internal processes in consideration of statutory requirements, maintaining best practices
- Support Accounting Manager and Finance Director in ensuring statutory regulatory compliance
- Support projects and ad-hoc tasks
