Job Description

We are looking for an Experienced Customer Delivery Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of service delivery for our clients in the international health sector. In this role, you will ensure high service quality, manage cloud and AI-based solution portfolios, and collaborate closely with senior leadership to drive innovation and success.

Key Focus Areas :

Responsible for Decentralized & Housing AI / Cloud services
Lead the delivery of Cloud and AI-driven solutions

Main Responsibilities :

Manage service delivery processes following ITIL frameworks (incident, problem, and change management)

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients

Lead cross-functional teams and oversee multiple concurrent projects

Continuously improve service quality and manage costs effectively

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For :

Strong leadership and proven project management experience

Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking

Experience with financial planning and budget control

Technical understanding of IT infrastructure, especially in cloud and AI technologies

Requirements :

Fluent in German (spoken and written) – for direct client interactions

Fluent in English – for collaboration with global teams

Hands-on experience with service management and solid knowledge of ITIL practices
