Custody Analyst (f / m / x) is responsible for managing the end-to-end clearing and settlement process. This is to ensure smooth and timely market settlement of securities and cash transfers between the bank and its counterparties.
Responsibilities :
Settlement of securities transactions;
Reconciliation of securities holdings;
Execution of clearing transactions and reconciliation of cash account balances;
Monitoring of cash account balances and manage billing;
Reporting, handling customer complaints and claims, performing system tests.
Support for the work of Asset Servicing (collection of incomes, management of corporate actions, tax issues and management of tax returns);
Other administrative tasks.
Skills :
Very good level of English, proficient / advanced Hungarian;
Preferably university diploma in Banking / Finance;
Having minimum 2 years experience in Custody would be an advantage;
Advanced PC knowledge with MS office applications;
Outstanding organizational skills, time management, ability to plan and manage various tasks;
Able to follow internal operational policies and to work in a multinational environment;
Sense of accountability and integrity.
