Business Planning Specialist (with German) (m / f) - Urgently Hiring!

About this Position

We are looking for a proactive Business Planning Specialist to lead volume forecasting for Consumer & Craftsmen Adhesives in the DACH region (Germany, Switzerland, Austria). You will align forecasts with business goals, collaborate cross-functionally , and support product lifecycle activities to drive sales, profitability, and market performance.

What you´ll do

• Manage the volume forecast of Consumer & Craftsmen Adhesives in Demand Planning tool of your assigned countries : Germany, Switzerland & Austria
• Validate statistical forecasting methods and align with corresponding Sales, Marketing & Product Management teams to gather relevant market information and enrich the statistical model
• Become a Business Enabler by aligning financial forecast with volume forecast and impacting Sales, Profitability and Market Share in your country(s)
• Be the main point of contact for business escalations for Opportunities & Risks
• Leverage Operations to fulfil business priorities and collaborate with Operations to ensure product availability
• Participate in Product Lifecycle management, steer timing, stock ramp-up (for a launch) & depletion (for a phase-out)
