We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on Finance Manager to take full ownership of our finance function as we scale internationally. You’ll be the go-to finance leader, reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with cross-functional teams, investors, and advisors. This is a career-defining opportunity for someone ready to shape strategy, build scalable systems, and grow into a future CFO role.

What You’ll Do

• Lead all aspects of Boolanga’s finance function – accounting, FP&A, tax, treasury, compliance, and reporting
• Build and scale a high-performing finance team across continents
• Design and manage a robust financial control framework for our international subsidiaries and operations
• Drive financial reporting and deliver actionable insights for leadership and investors
• Partner with commercial, operations, and tech teams to model business cases and guide strategic decisions
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and liquidity management
• Oversee accounts payable / receivable and group-level cash management across jurisdictions
• Ensure compliance across legal and tax frameworks ; serve as the main contact for auditors and tax advisors
• Develop and optimize transfer pricing, intercompany agreements, and cost allocation models
• Define and implement finance systems, tools, and processes that enable automation and scalability
