SUPPLIER QUALITY ENGINEER

PLACE : near Dunaújváros, hybrid

TASKS :

• In accordance with the business and organizational quality policy, propose, implement and control the quality guidelines to ensure continuous customer satisfaction, contribute to the production strategy and achieve the increasing results of the organization.
• Develop and control production processes to improve quality.
• Develop and develop the QMS and review it regularly; plan and implement the guidelines and objectives of the quality assurance processes; organize internal audits and collect information on quality assurance.
• Collect data on the supplier’s quality performance, analyze them and make recommendations to the quality assurance department.
• To participate in trainings related to statistical methods.
• Follow the production sessions on a daily basis, immediately take measures if the data has reached the limit.
• Compile and monitor corrective and preventive actions and ensure their fulfillment at the supplier.
• Analyze partner complaints, monitor 8D processes, implement necessary measures.
• Oversee the supplier’s quality management system and help support the quality department.
• Collects quality safety information on incoming goods and forwards it to the relevant department.
• Collect product quality information and provide feedback to the relevant department.
• Her or his responsibility includes defining the quality problem and proposing a solution.

• At least 2 years of experience
• Lean knowledge
