In this essential position, you'll be instrumental in ensuring the accurate and timely creation of subscription orders and invoices, always keeping customer needs at the forefront. You'll dive deep into subscription order reviews and collaborate closely with various Finance teams across Veeva, contributing to impeccable data quality, exceeding expectations, and driving key process improvements. What You'll Do

  • You'll be crucial to maintaining the accuracy of our global revenue by validating data, reviewing and approving quotations, and expertly managing subscription orders and billing in line with revenue policy
  • Take ownership of data quality by reconciling information for completeness and accuracy and proactively investigating and resolving any billing or revenue anomalies
  • Play a key role in a highly collaborative environment, partnering with internal stakeholders to drive efficiency and contribute to our team's collective success

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in an accounting, finance or order management role at a fast-paced, multi-national company
  • Prior experience in a customer service or client-facing position (can be hospitality roles prior to university)
  • Strong computer skills, especially Excel as a main tool
  • Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally within Veeva and deliver timely, accurate customer service
  • Demonstrated ability to problem-solve and navigate complex situations
  • Self-motivated and self-managed, with a strong sense of ownership
  • A team player who can work both collaboratively and independently
  • Proactive mindset, with a drive to improve processes and seek better solutions
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where change is frequent; strong multitasking skills and flexibility to shift between tasks quickly
  • Nice to Have

  • 2+ years of experience in order processing, contracting, or finance operations preferably at a multinational company
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics
  • Proven ability to contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives
  • Experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, and / or Zuora RevPro
  • Familiarity with revenue accounting principles
  • Experience in the software industry, particularly SaaS
  • Public accounting experience is a plus
