Job purpose :

The Education and Demand Generation Trainee reports to Education and Demand Generation Manager and is responsible for supporting the global EDU team with executing and tracking success of the global demand generation campaigns for higher education and young architects market segment.

Candidates in this role should be well-organized, eager to learn and contribute ideas to support a growing younger generation of Graphisoft softwares users. Candidates must be autonomous, able to evolve within an international team and work cross-functionally and remotely.

Responsibilities :

Licensing administration

  • Manage Archicad EDU licenses approval for non-academic email addresses on International markets
  • Manage global BIMcloud EDU licenses approval and service operations

Support

  • Follow up EDU support topics on MyArchicad and BIMcloud issues
  • Identify licensing platform related bugs / issues, create and follow IT tickets

    • Content management

  • Identify, list and update EDU related content : FAQ, Community, etc.
  • Update emails content generated automatically throughout the licensing process
  • Coordinate content localizations for Social Media posts and nurturing emails campaigns, etc.
  • Manage training material, in particular for the German / Austrian markets.

    • Requirements :

  • Ongoing studies as an active, full-time student at a Hungarian university.
  • Currently a student in the field of architecture with a deep interest in marketing.
  • Student status for at least the next 2 years (at least three or four semesters).
  • You are available minimum 20-25 hours per week.
  • Understanding of the basics of the architectural design process and project delivery
  • Foreign languages : Fluent English is a must, and being a native German speaker is a nice-to-have.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft products (e.g. Word, Excel, etc), AI tools and video-editing software
