As a Car mechanic at BMW Group Plant Debrecen, you will play a key role in revolutionizing the way we think about driving.

• Troubleshooting and Diagnostics : Identifying production and assembly deviations in vehicles and determining the tasks to be performed.
• Documentation : Recording identified issues and administering necessary processes in the BMW system.
• Repairs : Performing repairs based on process descriptions to ensure the high-quality assembly of vehicles.
• Continuous Training : Participating in our extensive training program to prepare you for your tasks.
• Process Optimization : Contributing to the improvement of production quality and offering development suggestions to support manufacturing.
