As a Privacy Operations Specialist, you will play a vital role in implementing privacy policies, supporting compliance efforts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure data is handled responsibly and transparently. Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day privacy operations and implementation of privacy policies and practices across the organization.
• Coordinate data subject rights (DSR / DSAR) intake, triage, and fulfillment in accordance with legal timelines.
• Manage and maintain Onetrust, including configurations, workflows, and reporting.
• Respond customers’ questions and RFPs with respect to our privacy compliance with privacy impact assessments (PIAs / DPAs), including external offerings and internal projects.
• Support incident response processes and documentation of privacy-related events.
• Maintain records of processing activities (ROPAs) and other compliance documentation.
• Help monitor changes in global privacy regulations and assist in operationalizing updates.
• Collaborate with teams such as Legal, Security, IT, and Product to embed privacy into projects and workflows.
• Prepare and present privacy metrics and dashboards to stakeholders and leadership.
