Job Description
We're looking for an Experienced Customer Delivery Manager to take full responsibility for delivering excellent service to our clients in the international health sector. In this role, you'll manage service quality, improve service offerings, and work closely with senior leadership to ensure successful outcomes.
Key Focus Areas :
- Handling security-related topics , including ESARIS, ISO standards, and various technical systems
- Managing NSSR processes , including developing solutions and costing
Main Responsibilities :
Oversee service delivery using ITIL practices (incident, problem, and change management)Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationshipsLead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyIdentify areas for improvement and implement cost-saving measuresQualifications

Proven leadership and project management experienceStrong problem-solving skills and analytical thinkingExperience with budgeting and financial planningSolid understanding of IT systems and infrastructureRequirements :
