Our multinational partner is currently looking for a Junior Customer Service specialist to join their extensively growing team. Handle customer inquiries via email, phone, and other communication channels in a timely and professional manner Coordinate order processing, delivery tracking, and issue resolution to ensure customer satisfaction Maintain accurate customer records and documentation in internal systems Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., logistics, finance, sales) to resolve customer issues and ensure smooth operations Monitor open cases and follow up proactively to ensure resolution and continuous service excellence Elvárások / Requirements Bachelor’s degree 0–3 years of experience in customer service or in related field Proficiency in English and German, both written and spoken Strong multitasking and prioritization skills in a fast-paced setting Excellent problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail Confident and proactive attitude with the ability to work independently Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders Experience with SAP and Salesforce is an advantage Amit nyújtunk / Benefits hybrid working - 4 days HO / week 13th salary cafeteria health insurance possibility to take part in transition and process improvement / standardization international environment
